It's never good to see little bits of smashed plastic inside your fork tubes Crying or Very sad
The part i need is the little bit on the right in pic:

It fit's into the long plastic tube on the left holding a small spring behind it and the bit itself is held there by 2 small metal pins. The whole part then fits onto the damper rod ontop of that bigger spring you cn see at the bottom of the damper...

I have looked online but the fiches are crap quality.

My forks are slightly different to those anyway. On the above list it shows a bolt right at the bottom which on RWU forks would be to remove damper rod but mine doesn't have that.

I've put the forks back together anyway and they seem to be working fine without it Shocked but i don't really want to chance it for what will no doubt be a <£10 part anyway.
