dvd file convertor

i need a free dvd convertor to put my files on my archos. i have tried some off google but they seem to split the files but i want just one file that i can drag and drop.

need to be able to convert from dvd to AVI (MPEG4), WMV, 3GP,FLV

can anyone recommend one?
