Glad you enjoyed it.
Yeah it does knacker you out to start with, but if you keep going out it will soon become easier.
Why couldn't you ride standing up ? Standing up will prevent you from falling off a lot more, and generally makes it easier.
Yeah deep ruts arn't nice at all, but they always pop up. Just look ahead and keep at a reasonable speed (not too fast nor slow)
