hi there i been looking at a black headlight cover and just want to know will the cops pull me for having it on there

I don't think they are legal, definitely not at night!

But that is just a guess, so don't quote me on it.

I believe you can have the cover on as long as you don't turn the light on since you are then in effect changing the colour of the beam. The only exception would be if the cover was yellow.
