Well, Apart from a few of the picture above, The bike was a one off bike. No other like it AFAIK.

It was at one point, a Road legal, Yamaha TZR125 powered pit bike.

Easily capable of nearly 100mph, It was an absolute tool.
Pissed people off at the track too because of it's power/speed.

Was just a great little bike. Just far too unreliable, rebuilds every race etc.

Also I've got my B12 to spend my money on now. Very Happy

This is my favorite photo of it, simply because the bike looks so good with that rug.

TZR engines are good.
But it's a track bike, No time/place to run in the engine after a rebuild.

So it's a case of rebuilding it, racing it, Blowing it up, and rebuilding it again for the next race.

It's how 2 stroke motorsport is. Sad

When it was road legal, It did like 3000 problem free miles.
It's the track days that kill it.

You dont hold a high enough speed for a long enough period of time on an LCRRC race track.
So the rad is never getting sufficient air passing over it.

And a fan would be no good because they are designed to cool a radiator on an idling engine, Not an engine revving it's tits off.

So far I've made around £650 out of the parts.
I've still got another £100 to come for the rear shock and front brake setup.

And after I've rebuilt the engine, It'll fetch me £200 on ebay with the rad, carb and gubbins, are they are quite rare now.

So thats £950 I've made back out of breaking it for parts. Dont forget I sold the V5 at the start of the year for £150. Taking it to £1100, And £80 for the YPVS.
And that only cost me a tenner, and some time opening it up, and rewiring it to work on the 2RK engine.
