Where does everybody park their bikes in London? I live in North London (N4) and can't seem to find a secure place with 24/7 access. Help !

I'm in W2...

Very possessive about my lampost and deeply paranoid at night.

*sigh*

Supposed to be getting a space in the secure car park out back - at huge cost and a waiting list as long as your arm. In short... unless you have a garage or a garden yourself, you're pretty fooked.

Big up the North London massif! Cool

I'm in N12, but I park beside three much nicer bikes so i hope I'm at the bottom of the shopping list if the local scumbags ever come shopping. Wink

South London Massive Mr. Green Razz Laughing

When i'm at uni I park in an underground car park which is relatively secure(car owners have to pay £2.50 an hour for the privilege of parking there.......suckers Laughing ).
If your worried about parking your bike at home, get the biggest/best chain you can and USE IT EVERY TIME YOU PARK and get an alarm.

Mine's parked really securely today... it's trapped in the middle of a police cordon due to someone being stabbed to death on my doorstep. Rolling Eyes

Don't worry. Just dial 999 and say you have seen someone speeding and they will disappear rapidly.

All the best
