hello just a quick one,
got me new bike so need to work out if its gonna past the noise limit on tuesday, whats the rpm for a il4 600?

also can anyone point me in the right direction of some good forums for these bikes? specifically an 08 bike

Whats the noise limit?


My zx6r (99) at 7k revs with a Scorpion end can - no problems, something like 101dB (105dB limit at Cadwell)

Just realised, 08. Hmm. I wanna say it'd be louder, but depends on the can??

If you have no luck finding out the noise level then you could always do the test yourself. I bought a cheap dB meter off ebay to hold at 45 degrees/1m away from the can.

Is it a 105dB day?

noise limit is 105db at brands, it sounds really quiet which is what I want, as less hassle.

will be noise testing it this weekend.
