I'm trying to create a new account on a forum, however, everytime I click "Ok" to register, I get the following message:

"Cannot proceed. Due to recurring abuse by users who share your ISP, you cannot register an account at this time. Chances are you did nothing wrong, and you have nothing to worry about. This is a non-optimal solution but unfortunately it is one of the few available to us".

I've tried doing this from home, from work, and strangely enough via iPhone using 3G network, so quite how the fook it is telling me that my ISP is banned via 3G I don't know.

Any ideas as to how I can mask this information and get past this snag?

Cheers,

GhostRider

Are you using the same email address each time? Sign up using www.10minutemail.com or www.guerrillamail.com as if you've tried from different connections, it's probably that.

Been banned from a forum that you want to continue trolling but you're not 1337 enough to know how to setup your connection to go through a proxy or VPN?

No problem, there are loads of free proxy websites that you can use.

www.zend2.com
www.unblockanysite.net
www.webproxyonline.info
https://babelfish.yahoo.com/

What forum are you trying to register at?

Hmm, those sons of a bitches are wise to these tricks.

Using any of those proxy websites doesn't work, because during the registration process when entering a username and email it has a checking system to verify whether that username is available and the same with the email addy. This instantly comes up "Ok" if you attempt normally, but through a proxy it just locks up at that stage so I can never click the "Create account" button.

Shaggys email addy thing didn't work either.

Fucks sake.

Quick test showed unblockanysite doesn't hide my own IP number, webproxyonline works though.
Throwaway emails would probably be enough to block a new account on many forums nowadays.

Different web proxies use different technologies and are set up differently.
www.proxy.org has a massive list of different proxies to try, giving a bit of information about which software each is running too.

Can't you get someone else to sign up for you, give you the login details then access it through a proxy site?

Using a proxy website has probably disabled scripts and cookies by default.

Set your browser to connect through a proxy.
