Either take the exhaust off or find space under the engine and put that jack under it. When jacked up the bike will either go onto the side stand, jack and back wheel, or maybe the front wheel depending on where it is.

Be careful as the bike will lean towards the side stand and the jack might either slip off or hit the exhaust.

I've done it a shit load of times with loads of bikes and it's surprisingly safe and stable, but it does require a bit of experience, thought and planning to make sure the jack is in the right spot Wink

Also if your planning on doing something with the wheels, forks, etc make sure you loosen any big bolts when it's still on the ground to avoid tipping it over once it's jacked up.

Are you sure that jack will go high enough, 38 cm?

Op, why dont you just get a straight piece of solid bar and place it through your hollow wheel axle and place concrete or wooden blocks either side of the wheel and lift the bike onto the blocks, it would be a lot more stable and would work on either wheel.

For general chain shizz (cleaning, lubing etc), ive used an axle stand under the right side of the frame on my zx6, so the bike rocks up onto the sidestand.
