(1) = Winner (2) = Runners up, get beat in final (3) = Wins the 3rd Place.

There are a few that could win it (England, Argentina, Brazil) but the stand out choice, based on form and consistency, is Spain.

England in the final, lol.

England played Japan in the friendly & managed to grab only one goal, which was a penatly, the rest were own goals. England even conceded a goal.

For the past how many years, England hasn't had a decent squad that play well together. Probably only rated because of the celeb status. They don't have the all round 'skill' of teams like Spain, Brazil, Portugal etc so they often struggle on attack.

I can't stand football, the hype surrounding it, anything to do with the world cup, or the extra work it's going to make for me.

I don't think that makes me cool and that I'm in the minority amongst blokes, but I wish people would accept that I have no interest in it at all.

I'm going to a mate's BBQ tomorrow, which will involve drinking and (later on) watching the England game. Another of my friends is going home after the BBQ, before the football starts. He may as well wear a neon sign advertising his homosexuality!

If anything is going to put me off watching the world cup its going to be those fecking horns blowing for 90 minutes.


And probably the presenters before the matches showing how all the poor black people in the townships are not mugging, raping, killing and are happily getting drunk and watching the game projected onto a bed sheet. WOW they are almost like real people!
