Could anyone help, on my bike there a three black pipes that end on the bottom of fairing, are they drain pipes? Well one of them has come off and i dont know where it connects to? :S

They are overflow pipes. They will probably never get used for anything, but if you spill fuel around your tank cap or something they will direct the fuel somewhere safe. See if you can reconnect it.

breathers could be a battery overflow, airbox drain, fuel tank breather or an engine breather pipe.

Crankcase breather would most likely be connected to the airbox, due to emissions laws.

Well i have taken my tank off to see if it has come off that, but i dont think the pipe was connected to it. i put the tank back on and added some petrol to the top, tryed starting it up and it wouldnt start :S and on the speedometer my petrol light was flashing even though my tank was full :S
