Animated gif help? Photoshop gurus?

Hey all, was hoping some photo shop wizard out there in BCF land could help me.

I want this image as an animated gif, I want the black head in the centre to spin 3D in the logo, the bit that fades in and out here, I want to spin like a globe.https://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f324/SavageKymco/anigif.gif

Anyone know how to do it? Also needs to be under 120x120 pixels and 50kb.

Not 100% sure but i think you can do this with paint.net (free) you will need to start again with the head as a different picture. Paint.net has lots of tutorials and plug ins which is also free.
