Shoei Hornet DS VS Ariai Tour X3

Im looking for a new motorcycle helmet and narrowed it down to one of these dual sport motorcycle helmets. Ive currently got a Shoei X Spirit II kagayama se helmet which is getting on a bit, the vision is good, weight is good, pinlock essentia but its pretty noisey.

Has anyone got any experience with either of these helmets?

No, but how much road and how much off-road riding you going to be doing?

Peaks catch the air when it gets blustery and over 70-80is mph quite badly putting a lot of strain on your neck.

Most of my riding will be on road up in the highlands, i say on road but single track roads covered in gravel.

Had the arai for nearly a year , very comfy and kept alot of noise out and crashed well but yeh the peak does become a sail at high speeds but it never bothered me till your over 110 mph, but i loved it so would recommend it
