I like your turd. If I didn't have a hankering for a CG125, I'd like a turd like that.

The Zephyr's are lovely bikes. They have a really nice retro look to them. They remind me a lot of the old Kawa Z's from the 70s.

I like!
Its a blank canvas to detail to your own taste.
I have a CB750F2N in the same vein. Was in even tattier state than that when I got it!
Bit of paint here, bit of work there, some new bars or headlamp or something, its whatever you make of it!

Nice bike.

Paint and polish, and it'll be superb. Plus its a 750, just like a 600 with 25% extra voom!
Bigger engines are cooler in my simple-minded opinion Smile

whats up with the tank?

It looks like it's been filled and primed round the edges. Could be a second hand tank maybe.

I bet it's a nice step up from your CBR.

How much did it set you back if you dont mind me asking?

Nice Smile Stupid question, are you on an A2 licence or unresticted??

Might want to think about changing the small plate too, you've just got your licence, don't want to start getting pulled straight away!

There are a few things i must know of this motorcycle
Arrow How much was it?
Arrow Where can i buy one?
Arrow How much was it?
Arrow How fast before it feels like your head is being ripped off by the wind?

The Dawg, in June 2005, when I first bought her. Mid divorse, broke as heck. Paid for by the tax man! With his left hand curtecty of ain income tax rebate, while his right hand was chasing me for over two grands worth of WFTC overpaid to my fraudulantly claiming, then soon to be ex. It was for £500!
I got change! I used it to buy PAINT!
https://i178.photobucket.com/albums/w269/teflons-torque/030_013_BlackDog/DAWG_15.jpg
Done 'little' bits with it here & there as I went along. Now has two bug-eye 7" headlamps, LC-bars, home-made rearsets, utilising BMX 'stunt-pegs', 2" overlength rear shoks, with slightly err harder rates than standard, hagon progressives in the forks and heavier oil. And its currently being re-painted.
Its a different kind of biking after bigger and or more modern hardware. for me it was the exact 'back to basics' idea that they had when they launched the 'Retro' bikes.
They ent 'fast', but they are fun!

Could this have anything to do with seeing my CG do hundreds of miles very overloaded recently? I say go for it - they are very, very fun to thrash around Razz

I don't understand why aforementioned concrete garden includes a ride-on lawnmower.
