My neighbours and their, charming, kids are currently using their holiday home, their, less than well behaved, little darlings, (aged 4 & 8) have invented their very own “screaming” game.

The rules appear to be pretty rudimentary.
The game starts with both players positioning themselves at either end of a swimming pool.
Player “1” emits between one and five, ear splitting, high pitched screams in a pattern of their choice.
Player “2” has to repeat this pattern of, high pitched, screams back to player “1”.
The game comes to a crescendo as the pattern of screams become faster and louder.
The conclusion of the game is usually brought about, by “top of the voice”, in unison, shrieking.
There appears to be no set time limit for this game, it can run from 30 minutes up to an hour.
Three or four “sets” can be played in an afternoon.
The referees are somewhat ineffective, their participation is limited, as the rules of the game only allow them to intervene with “Don’t do that” in a hushed tone. Rolling Eyes
Being, thoroughly, modern athletes the competitors ignore the referees at all times.

Anyway the competitors have both won through the group stages, over the last 2 weekends, and will no doubt be competing in the finals over the next two weekends.

On to more bike related matters, it’s bloody hot here so any weekend activity has to be over and done with by 10:30am, its way too hot after that!
The last couple of weekends, for some unknown reason, I’ve had the urge to leave the house at 6:15am, still slightly cool then.
Obviously I had to warm up the CBR, whilst that was going on I thought I better start up the DRZ400E, haven’t run it for a while, funnily enough I don’t recall it being that loud! Cool

I'm thinking of spreading a rumour that the Tooth Fairy resides in the end can of the DRZ, that'd clear their ear wax out! Cool

They also help with filtering. When I was driving back from London the other day there was tons of traffic, lots of bikes filtering etc. The cars barely moved to let the bikes through but that's normal. On a difference stretch of road this bike with an insanely loud exhaust came through and the cars were almost throwing themselves into the bushes to get out of the way. Laughing
