I came across some cool helmet designs and also some guy who made a replica Daft Punk helmet, he details the process which is very interesting. It's not a bike helmet but still cool.

Post up any custom lids in here. I also remember someone posting a video of a CNC machine making a chrome helmet from one block of metal which was pretty awesome if anyone has that?

they look like 'shops to me. the daft punk helmet is cool though Thumbs Up

Yeah they are photoshops, that's why it said creative helmet design, still cool concepts though!
