Now this could most likely be a simple battery problem but i thought id just double check.

Basically the bike has been making a groaning sound recently when starting ad is even more reluctant to start when i have the headlight switched on. Also with the lights switched on the horn makes a none existant buzz.

Now come to stat it today and it did its usual groaning sound, and then the groaning stopped ad all it does ismke a buzzing sound.

Now am i righ in thinking m battey has had it? or could it be some major electrical fault.

Lights and everything work, but it wont start.

Also the battery charger says its full. Battery is the orginal one so its about 4.5 years old now.

It sounds like the starter motor is sticking.

Just tried i again and i have no lights or horn and it wont even make the clicking sound now.

Turning the lights to on posistion makes the lcd display go off completely.

Does this sound more like a dead battery?

Yes it sounds like a flat battery. Check the battery terminals for a good connection

If it is 12v then use some jump leads if it starts ok then it will prove it is the battery that is at fault Thumbs Up
