X ring or O ring ? Chain advice

Hi all, need to fit new c and s to my ktm exc, and as its my first green laner was looking for some opinions and or advice as to witch chain chain to fit, have O ring on my road bike just not sure about offroad. Many thanks

I've always used an o-ring and never had any problems.

I would say non o ring, i find o ring chains a right pain and there harder to split and relink. I have a non o ring chain on my 450 exc and it copes fine
