i cant take out my engine on my NSR125R ahhh help!

hi guys iv been tryin to take out the engine on my NSR125R but im having a bit off trouble with it its hard to explane so i youtube'd it so if you chould have a look and any advice

You've taken the nut off the other end right? 'Looks like the bolt has seized inside the spacer and will need a bit of encouragment to get it loose. You can try tapping the end of the bolt with a drift and hammer but be very careful not to damage the threads. Might also be worth covering the bolt and spacer with Plus Gas which will help free it. If it need a lot of persuasion to get out and the threads get damaged, just replace the bolt. Make sure something else is holding up the motor, (a scissors jack might be good), so it doesn't hit the ground once the bolt is out.

Yep, as said above...
Get a hammer and something to just gentily tap it out,
You mention that one of the spacers spin with the bolt which would imply that its somewhat seized in there but a little lubrication and tapping should ease it out.
