i got my cyclone V2 yesterday and spent a nice 3 houres fitting it just to the power and indicators what i was wondering was if i wire in the imobiliser/keyless start part of it, Say the alarm messes up and i have to disconnect the power to it will i still be able to start the bike?

you can wire in the keyless start and the bike will still start if the alarm dies, but if you wire in the immobiliser and the unit fails you will have to reconnect the wires you cut for the immobiliser..... if that makes sense :s ____________________ 04 NSR 125(sold) ---- 03 CBR 600rr(sold) ----90 pan euro ST1100 ' ' ----02 CG 125

yes the immobiliser is optional as is the keyless start, i think its the grey and pink wires from the unit that do the immobilising bit.
the base functions will just be motion sensor and indicator flashes so for that you just connect the power from the battery and the appropriate wires to the indicators.
