Kids in pubs.

NO NO NO NO AND FUCKING WELL NO!!!!!!!!

Sat down by myself in a newfangled gastro pub, pint of cider in one hand, paper in the other waiting for my meal, when a family of about 8 are perched next to me.

The kids are running about and the parents don't even bat an eyelid, screaming and shouting kids. Now, in KFC it rules me mildly, but you half expect it. BUT in an adult based establishment it is just downright annoying!

Rant over. BTW I'm not anti kids. Just anti irresponsible parenting.

I hate kids that can't be controlled by their parents in any situation.

Like in Tescos today, some brat was running around whilst his mum completely ignored him, screaming and what not. The child then went on to sneezed on his hands and about 30 seconds later he wandered over and just started nosing around my shopping, He then picked up my broccoli and started throwing it up and down.

So i caught it in mid flight and asked the kid what the hell he thinks hes playing at? OH, suureee now the mum pays attention "why are you shouting at my kid" i calmy smiled, threw my broccoli onto her till and took hers off and wacked it on mine. She looked too suprised to do anything and i just paid and walked out with my basket.

Feel so sorry for the waiters/waitresses it's getting terrible.


Not been to a Pizza Hut for donkeys for the same reason, the kids were running wild man, they were screaming and had their heads under the ice-cream machine. The parents didn't do a thing.

i've said regularly that people should apply for a permit to be allowed to breed, only if you have decent morals, some money to riase them etc should you be allowed.

Kids are fine if they are well behaved. Their parents are not welcome if they cannot control their children.

I can totally understand people wanting an adult area to be for adults, but any pub restaurant will need to allow children so that they may cater to more people, eg families, and make the money they need to run.

If it's a drinking pub, then no kids.

Speaking of urine soaked. There was talk of a local council round here receiving a very heavy parcel with unknown contents. An inspector or bomb disposal man or what not was called in to investigate the package.
It turned out that a gentleman had been given a parking ticket nearby, and had taken it upon himself to make payment in the form of a case of sealed, urine soaked small change.

What a guy!
