Observed Riding

I was wondering if anybody has participated in any Observed Riding sessions.

I was at BikeWise 2010 yesterday at Durham and Cleveland Police were there and told me about the Ridewell and BikeSafe Scheme whereby you can book and ride out under observation of Cleveland Police riders. You can apparently specify an area of riding you want to improve on or be assessed on and they'll help/offer advice or, just choose for an overall assessment. Best of all, it's FREE and you can do them as many times as you wish.

Anybody done anything similar? Did you find them useful?
