A helmet bag when I bought my leather jacket. Various discounts on bits and pieces. Bonus points in a pub quiz the other week just cos I kept asking if we could have 'em. Still didn't win tho. Confused

Well,
Thats an example of good service (kinda). Here's an example of Bad service. Exactly 4 weeks ago, I ordered a Triumph classic jacket from On Yer Triumph in Aylesbury. A couple of weeks later it still hadn't arrived. I rang them.

It came in yesterday from Triumph, I sent it out to you myself. It will be with you in two to three days.

A week and a bit later - Saturday.

On Yer Triumph wrote:
Well Mr. Johnson, we sent it out to you on a next day service. Why didn't you phone sooner! It was like ten days ago! are you sure its not with a neighbor? I'll look into it. I'll ring the courier first thing on monday.

I said that the neighbors would have let me know. We are on good terms with both sides. Oh dear, £200 jacket gone missing.

Courier's probably had it for himself.

I get a phonecall today from On Yer Triumph.

On Yer Triumph wrote:
Mr Johnson. Sorry, bit of a mistake happened here. We never actually received it from Triumph. Sorry. It won't arrive here until the end of November. We have got a new jacket out that is similar, it'll cost you an extra £170.

Erm... put the money back on my card. Bye.

Confused

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

I had the same kinda thing with Dex Direct.
Ordered 2 peice Spada leathers, Sidi vertebrae boots (The original one's) and Akito gloves (Which I don't think I originally ordered).
I had already bought and had parked in my garage an NS12R which I couldn't ride with no leathers.
After 1 1/2 weeks I received a parcel from Dex! Yay! To my [drama]horror[/drama] I find that they've sent me the wrong size trousers and the wrong size and make of boots.
After several phonecalls all answered "Hello?" instead of "Dex-Direct" they ship me out the right stuff.
After a week they call and say "Could you send the other stuff back when you get the chance". So I'm supposed to ship heavy leathers and boots at my own expense? Fook that.
I kept them in a box for 6 months then sold them on ebay Very Happy
Serves the dozy feckers right Razz

we sould all get together, decide on something simmilar we all want or need, order simmilar things from the same company all on the same day and then all call back and say we got the wrong orders, see how many mistakes they make on correcting it and sell the left overs on ebay Smile and share the profit

nah, probably not Smile

Bad service - Cagiva - certainly Mr Orr we have one of the limited X raptors on order for you it will be here in two weeks, no next month, make that next month - actually to be honest we don't know when or even if we are making them!! Oh and that clip we have on order for a year for your V raptor exhaust still has no arrival date - Oh the exhaust is delaminating? - well we will order you one under guarantee - arrival date - haven't a clue but I don't expect you will see that for a year either.

Cagiva - fantastic bikes but the company provides the worst service of any company I have ever dealt with for anything.
