I just had my first day of training for my Mod1/2, feel quite confident with the Mod1 stuff, they kept telling me i was doing my maneuvres too quickly, but other than that fine.

However, out on the road, for some reason i just didn't feel that confident, i don't know why, i know i'm not amazing with my lifesavers etc, but i'm getting there with them, guess im just nervous, as 2 friends failed mod1 the first time.

Also i was doing it on a Hyosung Van Van copy which struggled to start and the throttle twisted right round, hopefully have something different when i go back tomorrow.

Basically, any advice?

Advice would be to ride as much as possible and your confidence will grow.

When I first got on the road, I'd spent about four years riding bikes on dirt tracks etc. Was a nightmare remembering to look for cars, stop for lights and the like Laughing But you quickly get into the swing of it.

Well, I've been on the road for a year riding my geared 50, so it's not gears, or being on the road, only thing i can think of is that it was an alien bike, not sure really.

Friends gonna take me round all the mod2 routes once mod1 is out of the way too Thumbs Up

Congrats dude! From what I have read the mod 2 is easier than the mod 1. Youll be fine Smile

Gonna keep the Rieju post test or go straight up to something bigger?
