Looking for a sensible and economical (and cheap!) 2-stroke - especially the RXS100 (open to other ideas but i'll probably take a lot of convincing because i need to spend wisely). Planning to use as cheap commuter hack and an alternative to my bigger (and more thirsty) 4-stroke.

Looking for a cheap runner that i am legally able to ride away with (unfortunately don't have access to a van to transport non-roadworthy examples).
A bike in need of some repairwork could well be acceptable, but i'm not looking to take on an (expensive) full blown restoration or taking the bike into bits to rebuild it. Also not wanting to spend hundreds fixing a cheap bike that'll be still be worth next to nothing when i'm finished (been there, done that, and felt the pain) - not when i could've spent less to simply buy a fully working example and avoided the headaches!
Cosmetically tatty examples are again probably acceptable, providing it doesn't look a heap!

I think that covers it really - if anyone has anything or any ideas please feel free to send me information (the more the better), and i promise to at least consider it. Note: I have a full unrestricted license.
