Although they were lost when i tried to explain that it's a two stroke ..... Laughing

Of course they're not going to know it was a two stroke, you should've been able to figure out they knew nothing about bikes when they said your's was beautiful?

I thought this was going to be a thread about an Asian's 4x4 but it's not even that. Something more interesting regarding 4x4s is probably that I saw a 59 plate Range Rover yesterday painted matt black Confused it looked absolutely crap, like a spray can job yet it was clearly supposed to look like that and I bet it cost him a fortune, fruitcake.

Maybe it was a stealth Range Rover, he didn't want the green brigade realising he does the school run in it.

There's a cute little Asian boy who lives across the road from me, I guess he's about three or four, and he absolutely LOVES my bike.

Every morning his mum has been taking him to playschool as I come out from my house to go to work, and he always drags on her hand and stares back at me, really really shy but you can see that he is fascinated ... so I always give him a little wave or poke out my tongue Smile

On the weekend, I went to go for a swim, and as I got out the front, I could see him halfway down the road, howling his eyes out, doing a proper tantrum, and his long-suffering mum was trying to get him to come home. But as soon as he came down the road and saw me at the bike, his howling tailed off, and when he heard my bike start up, he completely stopped, and went back indoors as good as gold.

She came back out and said to me that he loves my bike, so I said yeah I noticed.

Not got round to letting him have a sit on it yet.
I'll wait till he's a bit older Laughing

He's quite shy about his bike, with no reason really, its nothing to be ashamed of.

My mate thought my bike was 2-stroke... I gave up trying to explain it in the end and said "if a bike sounds like John Connors bike from Terminator 2 it's probably 2 stroke" and left it at that. Speaking of which, did anyone notice that John's bike has about 200 gears in that film? Confused
