MTB Trail

I'm looking to get back into mountain biking but living in London the trails are pretty much non existent!

I know there is Aston Hill but with no car and therefore no bike rack it's a long way there

Does anyone know of any around?

Wendover / Tring stations are 30 minutes slow ride from Aston Hill.

You could look into the Olympic track in hadleigh you can jump the train from the city and the station is less than 10 mins away.
