Like Luke says you need a bike with carbs then it involves flicking the killswitch off then on again.

omg me and me mate do backfires all the time for shits and giggles. nothing funnier especially under railway bridges 2nd gear slowing from a high speed with kill switch off and throttle open, the bang is legendary

give it a whirl on a quiet bit of road. 60 mph in second kill switch off for a coupleof seconds and then pump the trottle all the way open for a second or two, let off, then flick the kill switch back on...
