Not Happy

Stripped my bike down yesterday to do a top end rebuild. So my new shiny piston kit arrives today, set about taking it out of the box to find piston rings smashed and a nice big score in the top of the piston were it was resting on the rings, much like its received a rather large smash.
Phoned the company answered by someone who sounded suicidal, explained situation. As expected will only send a replacement out once i return the original kit so they can inspect it, which has cost me recorded delivery to send back. So the earliest Ill get the kit is now Monday which means using the bus to get to work
The packing was all in good order so suspect it was damaged before Royal Mail got to grips with it.
