Speed limits were broken, front wheels lifted, knees kissed tarmac.

No kittens were killed, no plod annoyed and no accidents.

As im sitting relaxing with a cold beer my bike is pinging and ticking as it cools down.

I loves bikes.

That is all.

Set your preload sag right, put the damping in the middle and work from there.

Don't change the preload after you have set it for your weight, only play with the damping.

No kittens killed?

Surely you must have forgotten to ride through the cat sanctuary wielding a bike chain. A terrible oversight.
