Never heard of IGM UK but their web site looks a bit amateur. Maybe they're out of stock. They have a phone number on their web site. Follow Mr Fisty's advice.

Never understood posts like this, can't see how some people would think that posting on a forum completely unrelated to the company in question would be better than either emailing the company or phoning the company, both things are clearly printed on their website.

I'm just winding you up. If they're low on stock or a bit slack sending stuff out it's an irritation but not a write-off yet. They look amateur but not necessarily dishonest. Give them another week before pestering them - then it's up to you whether you deal with them again.

Edit: their "contact us" page has a physical address which ups their "kosher" level quite a bit.

Have used them around 2-3 years ago, for a chain and sprocket kit for a peugeot xps, was real fast delivery, shame the product wasnt amazing, aka the sprocket splines all sheered off after a downshift leaving my stranded! Laughing
