Honda ns 125 r fuel tap question

I have been through the manual and i can't seem to find the poistioning of the fuel tap.

I am currently using it witht he arrow pointing down and it works but i dont know where the reserve and on is.

I am either running it using the on or reserve.

Does anyone know which way is on and which is reserve.

There is no indication on the tap or fairing.
