Chrome Query ...

My handle bars are chrome, well they have a chrome covering if that what chrome be .. anyway, a good inch or two of it has come away ..

The bikes about three months old or so ... is this normal wear and tear, or cause for warranty .. just thought i would ask to know Rolling Eyes

Renthals are only 20 odd quid (your grips may fit them). But you'll have to drill holes in the Renthals or files of the locating pins to fit the controls on. You'll see what I mean when/if you go that route.

Peeling chrome in such a short time is not acceptable. Chrome is corrosion protection as well as aesthetic. Get it done as a warranty issue.

black is good but shows up dust / dirt easily.

there all the same. remember .. you will need new barend weights also. and while your at it get some renthal meduim MX grips they are Thumbs Up
