The cbr is due an MOT, now will it fail if the fairings are held together with gaffa tape?
My guess is yes, but i'm not 100% sure. looks like i'm going to be forking out £400ish on a new set of fucking fairings, i hate people who reverse into bikes.

Don't think it should do, providing it is secure.
Try and make sure it doesn't look too tatty.
Consider some sticky black plastic if you want it to look even neater.

It's only the left side fairing, it's looking about as tidy as it could so hopefully it should do okay.
