hi there im having some trouble with my 1998 kh 125 k10

it rufuses to idle lower than 2500 rpm, when i turn the tickover down slowly it drops 4000,3500,3000 etc but as soon as i hit 2500 it dies, and sounds starved of fuel

im usually quite good with 2 strokes but this has got me stumped

new fuel line/filter etc
fuel tap soaked and blown out with air, has a good flow

new plug BR8HS (not sure if it the correct one? i just bought the same as the one that was in)
gap set to .6 mm

flywheel/points/condensor/coil/ht lead/cap are good

carb has been soaked overnight in cleaner and everything blown out with air
it has a 90 main jet and cant read the pilot jet, what size is pilot?, and does the main sound right as standard?

head and base gaskets appear tight no leaks or crap coming out where it shouldent

doesnt smoke too much when running so dont think a seal has gone

the autolube has been disconnected and im running premix, where the oil goes into the crank case has been blanked off(it was over oiling and i prefer premix cus i know it always there)

its been rebored by the previous owner, not sure to which size though, which made me think it might be under jetted?

so i gave it a good ride for about 5 miles opening it up a little, quickly shut it off and whipped the plug out and its white/grey which means running lean, the biggest oversize would take it up to 134cc so im guessing i would need to increase both the pilot and main jet a little? i did take the needle up one which helped a little but still not fixed

anyone know what carb the kh uses i know its mikuni but what model?

any help/info would be great thanks

right i think im getting somewhere, ive sealed the cover and the rubber cap which the cables go through with gasket sealant,

after giving the carb another clean and setting the mixture screw to 1 and a half, it ticks over nicely at 1500rpm on the stand

but when i take it off the stand it dies after around 20-30secs, i found that if i lean the bike to the left it continues to run but when i straighten the bike up it dies so im thinking that the float is not set right does anyone know what height it should be set at?
