Its got hub centre steering. It won't work.

Hub centre steering leaves a remote and out of control feeling at the bars. Its just that, a concept.

Call me old fashioned but I think that a bike should be uncomfortable and fast, and handle well. This will be none of these things. Gold wing owners might take note though. Smile

It looks like someone's been watching a bit to much akira/other anime.
But then the same can be said for a lot of concept bikes.. they are just there to show a (usually) artistic concept.

I think it is quite good looking in a strange way. It's weird but quite cool bet it would look great when going at speed!

According to this weeks MCN, Akira and Mad Max are big cult things in Japan. If you don't ride a slammed scooter (the coolest of Japan's biking culture Rolling Eyes ), then you're either a middle aged chromosexual who spends his entire day polishing his bike (Cruiser or otherwise), or you're a Mad Max/ Akira freak.
Some of the clothes the twentysomething sportbike riders wear looks like its from the film Rollerball.

One particular jacket shown in MCN is a copy of the one that Kaneda wears in Akira. Weird huh? It can be bought for a quite reasonable £320!

The worst part is, in Japan the big Scooter riders are reputedly the coolest. Shocked Confused

Imagine this:

You realise that Kaneda's bike is a giant two wheel drive super scooter?
