Suzuki ay50 exhaust gasket

Hey everyone

For a start this is the first time on these forums so kinda new to all of this.

Basically my dad brought me a suzuki ay50 katana 03' for my 16th birthday 13 months ago and its been nothing but problems, I didnt want a bike like the rest of the kids near me with the doopler air filters etc I Just wanted to get a new exhaust so after browsing a few sites found the leo vince TT and brought this for about £80.

Now after riding it for a few months my exhaust gasket kept blowing and I couldnt understand why, the bike is still restricted but when we origionally brought the bike it was a state so it was a project for me and my dad to do up slowley. Now I cant understand why the exhaust gasket keeps blowing. every time we put a new one on it lasts for a few days then after that the ped is louder than my husqvarna.

Ill post a picture of the bike at the bottom of the thread but anyone have any idea on why this keeps happening ?

p.s. Glad to say I have moved off my moped now onto a husqvarna sm125s 08 but in order to sell the moped I kind of need to fix it all up.
