Looking at the possibility of picking up one of these, just wondered if anyone has one/ knows much about them?

I would look into buying new, however just wanted to know what they are like to live with Smile

Haven't seen many owners here with cruisers, I think they're scared off by the usual BCF posters.

Could always try MCN's reviews mind... they sometimes have owners type in.

I once test rode VN900 at a circuit. (Only 2 laps)
I had W650 then. The power was nearly as same as W650, much quieter than W650 (VN900 is liquid cooled). It was not so pulsive. It was rather smooth feeling (Didn't sound as V-twin that much) and it disappointed me.
Compact for a cruiser and not so heavy. It will be useful for town riding compared to 1300 class. But I wanted more V twin pulsive feeling and sound for a 900 V twin.

you always use such erotic wording, im starting to feel slightly uncomfortable

the thing i hated about the vn infact most cruisers is the footboards,
i fucken detest footboards,
it definitly felt nicer to ride than any harley ive been on, and as a bonus the suspension worked, for a cruiser it also felt quite light,
for my 6'4" frame it just felt too small, i wouldnt own a cruiser, but if i was a old and fat with dickey hips then it'd probably be a reasonable option

I tried to use an adjective of "pulse" but I found the word "pulsive" was different meaning. I need more vocabulary.

I used to hate the idea of boards, until I tried them. Can't get used to pegs now.
