Check out the usual comparison websites and see if any come up cheaper.
Then check out hte likes of Quidco and see if any offer cashback....
2nd thoughts pop over to Quidco 1st as a couple of the compare sites will give you cash back just for using them

TBH, 500 fully comp for a 16/17 year old on a cbt on a brand new scooter isn't bad at all I would've thought.
