The NC21 came as a rolling chassis with knackered engine, so have just put in another engine, swingarm & replacement wireloom so now got that running.

The NC24 was stripped own to frame and wheels when I picked it up, changed the front forks.

The NC24 is now ticking over like a dream and sounds very sweet with a scorpion exhaust

The NC21 is the most trouble, the engine has been port polished and the carbs have dynojets which werent set up correctly, it runs but not great so more tinkering ahead.

Amazing what you can put together out of boxes of stuff.

The current colour schemes arent staying, just doing one tank up now:
