Japanese translation.

For my first tattoo I'm getting text down my arm in Japanese.

I know you can't convert a sentance from one language into another perfectly, it changes and can rearrange certain words. But I want to be sure it's correct, with 100% obviously because it's a tattoo.

I can get a general idea of what it will look like with internet converters but obviously I want a solid translation.

Also do all tattooists have language verifiers, or only some.

How can I go about getting a solid translation?

While my wife was doing her phd, she worked in a Chinese herbal medicine shop near a tattoo parlour. She was forever writing stuff in Chinese for people to be tattooed onto them. Usually names and such.

Ten years later, her grasp of English is alot better, although she still misunderstands English alot. I do wonder how many people in York have bery pretty, but very wrong tattoos.
