Does anyone know if the downpipes (exhaust system) on the z750 will fit the zx7r?
My guess is probably not, but i cant seem to find downpipes for a slip on silencer for the zx7r; and i have this gorgeous mivv exhaust from a friend which is waiting to go on.

after a long search on google, i found some for 330 from motad. Cant afford that tho

91-95 zxr 750 pipes will fit.

um, not much. Im looking for one which is in 3 parts: downpipes-linkpipe-silencer, rather that the bolt on arrangement with just downpipes-silencer.
Does that make sense?

If your current one is 'bolt on', surely it would be a lot cheaper and less hassle just to get a suitable bolt on can?

I have the standard bolt on can and system and a slip on mivv. Current plan now looks like its going to be to weld the link pipe to a chopped normal system.
The problem is with the current system is that due to the size of the flange (hehe flange) that can bolts on to, im rather limited to rather large cans. (5inch diameter or greater)

keep an eye on ebay for a full system, they come up now and again, for anything zx7r related register on www.redmonkey.com/7r

zx9r exhaust headers apparently fit too with some minor persuasion, think its the B model ones, worth checking on redmonkey though to be sure
