Honda CG125 headlight shenanigans

Hello all

I come seeking your electrical wisdom. Recently, I've noticed the dipped headlight on my CG125 isn't working. Strangely, it does work when I put the full beam on, but that blinds people. I'm guessing this means its an electrical problem, rather than a bulb fault?

Any idea what the problem might be?

It'll be a dual filament bulb and the filament used for dipped beam has blown. Time to replace the bulb.
