I took out a policy with https://www.expressinsurance.co.uk/bike-insurance for that first KTM I bought, which got cancelled the same day as the bike went back. Express Insurance couldn't offer me a policy with them, phoned around their brokers and got me one with Marker Study.

10 days later or so, bought the 2nd KTM and took out another policy with them. Took them 6 weeks to refund me the first money after about a million phone calls.

Anyway, I ring them up the day I got banned and told them, expecting to see how much extra I have to pay. They rang Marker Study and they told Express that they no longer wanted to insure me.

Fair enough but then I get a letter saying I owe them £300 but if I return the certificate of insurance, Marker Study will pay £197 back to Express and I will owe them the difference.

Rang express and they say I owe the money to close premium finance ( took it out on a pay monthly ).

I never signed or returned anything to any of these companies. The first set of documents that I canceled the same day, I shredded them but Express seem to think, as this is the 2nd policy they've given me, I already agreed to the T&C the first time?

I've had letters from premium finance, express insurance and marker study and never sent anything back to any of them.

What do you reckon I do? Pay the £103 difference or tell them to go fuck themselves and deny ever receiving any paper work, ever?

Gutted, Close premium finance are complete shits, they treat their customers and staff like shit, I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole, by the way if you get the female supervisor, ask to go higher than her as she is a miserable stuck up bitch, if I ever met her, my fist would be firmly implanted in her ovaries so she can never ever reproduce, too much scum like her around.

I can honestly say take the easiest option, as you are pretty much shit out of luck, as they will not do anything to help you in anyway shape or form, even if it is their fault, get away from them ASAP, they are complete cunts, I only came across one human being with my dealings, he was a top bloke, to be fair, but I still had to pay, they are not worth the hassle, and make sure any other insurance company you go with, they are not dealing with Close.

I've never returned anything to them, never signed anything, not even sent them what they asked for, i.e. copy of my license, no claims etc
