Antivirus program and Android

Any point to have it on my smartphone? I install only market apps. Google approves them, but are they safe?

All the market apps are safe, it's only when you start installing 3rd party apps that you run the risk of getting a virus or whatever.

As long as you get them from reliable sources (nimbu, xda, modaco, market etc) then you will be fine, just don't go installing any you find on any random website

For me market apps are more enough really.
