Recently, i have had my oil light come on and flash for a short period of time and then stop! This will not happen again for 2-4 weeks when all of a sudden, it does it again!

The level is ok, any ideas?

apparantly that is a common problem with the R6, only way to fix is to replace the sensor or something???

Hi

Does the R6 have an oil pressure gauge or an oil level gauge? Might be an oil level gauge like the FZ750, in which case they do gum up. Worth doing an oil change and while you are at it trying to clean up the sensor.

All the best

Keith
