Nothing wrong with 'fat bastard' jumper size. They cover a multitude of sins, plus daughters love them...

Oo, they've got some merino ones. I like a bit of merino, it works very well. My mum gave me some merino and possum wool jumpers last time I was home, and they're light but very effective.

I now have a mental picture of a bunch of Kiwi guys in sleeveless flannel shirts shearing possums. Do they use specially trained cats to round them up?

I have no idea, but yeah ... I wonder how they are cultivated as well.

In my youth there were more squashed possums in the middle of the road than any other animal - on holidays as a child, myself and my sisters were encouraged to count how many we saw.

My cousin used to shoot them out of the pine trees at the back of my grandparents' house (with a BB gun ) Laughing

When I was in NZ a few years ago I remember seeing a gift shop for all things possum-related - as well as standard items of clothing there was all sorts; willy warmers, nipple covers, the lot.

I know they're an invasive species and like eating kiwis, but they really, really don't like possums in NZ, do they?
