Just wondering here... does anyone have a CBF-125 wiring diagram anywhere that can be scanned & shared please?

Looking into putting a SWITCHED side stand on my CG. Obviously there's no official provision for this. However, both the Haynes and the Honda wiring diagram show a suspicious pair of terminals poking out of the CDI and not attached to anything. Don't know if this is mirrored in the actual box because I haven't exposed it yet.

From what I've seen of the CBR wiring (500, and half (!) of a 125) diagrams, the clutch and/or neutral switches feed into the CDI, via the stand switch. Obviously from this - and the description of how they operate - a certain combination of "in gear" or "clutch engaged" and "stand down" disables the spark and kills the engine immediately or prevents it starting (with the starter circuit having its own existing lockouts). Only one wire used for that, so the other is maybe for a second cylinder (or even an I4/V4, in a wasted-spark system).

Given the CBF is a mild evo of the CG (better fairings, PGM-FI, etc), there's a good chance it may be using the same CDI unit...
...and it has a switched stand.

Soooo... if a diagram is available, I can try and trace whether - and how - this may be possible.

Many thanks if you can help!

If you like I can in return try and trace out any target circuits you like from it. Already did that with my CG one to isolate the start & ignition layout from all the other confusing monochrome guff. (Computers with colourful DTP apps are a godsend!)

No one, not even a phone camera pic of the fold-out in the back of the CBF manual? For shame Laughing
