Just returned from my first bike club weekend, having joined WIMA 2 weeks ago after the tail end show at Lincoln.

It was great to meet some new people, and although very little biking was actually done I had a good weekend. Met up for a meal & drinks Friday night, then unfortunately I had to work yesterday when they went for a day out, but met up again today for the Copdock bike show.

The Friday night meeting point (& my nearest club member's house) was less than 2 miles from my home, and the bike show was just the other side of town, so not much effort needed!
