Doing my sisters fork seals tomorrow on her Honda CB400 Super Four NC31 Kreg 1992, does anyone know how much (ml) and what wieght to use ??

does 510cc sound right per leg ?

did mine the other month and wasnt sure either so i just copied my cbr Laughing and set the level to 112mm from the top of the fork leg with the spring in and the leg fully compressed, no idea what ammount that is but a 1L bottle did both, i used halfords 5w. seems to work.
